IMPORTANT NOTICE: MOTORSPORTS IS A DANGEROUS SPORT. PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MOTORSPORTS ACTIVITIES.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services of MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp., you signify your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

  • 2.1 MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp. offers race track booking and related services.

  • 2.2 This includes the reservation of time slots, participation in events, and other associated services.

  • 2.3 All services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

3. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgment of Risks

  • 3.1 Providing accurate and complete information during the booking and registration process.

  • 3.2 Adhering strictly to safety guidelines, operational rules, and all other policies set forth by MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp.

  • 3.3 Any damages, liabilities, or injuries arising from their use of the race track or associated facilities.

  • 3.4 Ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage for any risks associated with using the race track.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • 4.1 All bookings require payment in advance. The specific payment terms are outlined during the reservation process.

  • 4.2 Cancellations must be made within the stipulated time frame to be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee.

  • 4.3 No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made outside the stipulated time frame.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • 5.1 MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp., its affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of income, resulting from any user's participation or inability to use our services.

  • 6.2 By agreeing to these terms, users also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

  • 9.2 Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mabalacat, Pampanga, unless both parties mutually agree to a different method of dispute resolution.
